All orders placed with Party Girl Worldwide are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving incorrect pricing, miscommunication, or suspected fraudulent activity. Confirmation of your order will be provided once payment requirements are fulfilled.
Custom cake orders require clear communication regarding design, flavor, size, and any dietary considerations. While we strive to closely match inspiration images or client requests, all creations are uniquely crafted and may vary slightly in appearance. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept artistic interpretation as part of the creative process.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure custom orders, catering services, or large-scale food installations. Full payment timelines will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of your order without refund of any prior payments.
Cancellations and changes must be requested within a reasonable notice period, which will vary depending on the size and nature of the order. Last-minute cancellations or significant changes may not be accommodated and could result in partial or full forfeiture of payments already made.
Party Girl Worldwide is not responsible for any damage to products once they have been picked up or delivered and accepted by the client. Clients are responsible for proper storage and handling of all food items after receipt. Guidance may be provided upon delivery or pickup, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow these recommendations.
For catering and food installation services, clients must ensure that the event space meets all necessary requirements, including access, setup time, and safe working conditions. Any delays or limitations caused by the venue or client may impact the final presentation or timing of service.
We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergy concerns; however, all products are prepared in environments where common allergens may be present. Party Girl Worldwide cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens and is not liable for allergic reactions.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided are valid for a limited time and may be adjusted based on changes in scope, ingredient costs, or logistical requirements. Delivery and setup fees may apply depending on location and service complexity.
All content, branding, and materials associated with Party Girl Worldwide, including images, designs, and logos, remain the intellectual property of the business. We reserve the right to photograph and share our work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
By engaging with Party Girl Worldwide, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully in all communications and interactions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate, abusive, or discriminatory behavior.
